Father Carl Kabat OMI celebrates the fiftieth anniversary of his ordination to the priesthood. His half-century of ministry as missionary, pastor, teacher and social activist inspires all who know him.

Carl is our spiritual leader, our brother, our friend. He lives among us and he leads us in love of Jesus by word and example.
Probably best known for his PLOWSHARES acts of resistance to atomic weapons, Carl helps us all to find our calling to works of mercy.

If so, this is unbelievably appalling.
Well, if it is a typical Catholic Worker liturgy, CW took a nose-dive since the days of Dorothy Day. She would not have approved and was no fan of liturgical abuse.
